Qigong (Chi Kung) helps to generate and regulate energy 

In use for over 2000 years, it is routinely taught to patients today, and is an important part of treatment in both acute and Long Covid symptoms

Drawing Threads is a good introduction, while the Emei Series is very useful for increasing energy and natural immunity, and regulating the emotions. It even helps regain a healthy weight

​Take it gently and always stop before you are tired, so you will gradually restore your energy

One Day Workshops

The "Understanding Qigong and Chinese Medicine" series will now be starting on 24th September and will run from 10:00 to 4:00.  Session 2 will be on 26th November.
