Qigong (sometimes spelt chi kung) helps to generate and store energy, and to transform stale energy.
Some methods which are still in use appear on silk scrolls over 2,000 yrs old while others are still evolving.
An older name is daoyin, meaning breathing & movement, or leading & guiding.
My classes are easy to find if you are having acupuncture at my Tunbridge Wells clinic - they are just across the car park. They may include:
