About Qigong

Qigong (sometimes spelt chi kung) helps to generate and store energy, and to transform stale energy

Some methods which are still in use appear on silk scrolls over  2,000 yrs old while others are still evolving

An older name is daoyin, meaning breathing & movement, or leading & guiding

My classes are easy to find if you are having acupuncture at my Tunbridge Wells clinic - they are just across the car park
